I hold both a SHRM-SCP certification and an MBA specialized in HR from Saint Leo University! This unique combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, in addition to over a decade of experience working for both corporate and small businesses, has equipped me with the expertise to excel in the field of human resources.

I'm a Navy veteran with over two decades of experience in telecommunications, software, and network engineering.
